After seperation, how do you handle the relationship with your ex? Lately, I read of human bondage.  The way Philip hands his relationship with his girlfriend makes me think a lot. He loves her and wants to be with her. But she doesn't love him at all. Each time she is using him. He is so crazy about her. When he can't' be with her, he speaks badly of her and thinks her bad. After going through a lot, Philip finally comes to realize he doesn't love her anymore. At this time, she is so pissed off and ruined everything in Philp's home. That is insane.  And yesterday, I talked to a friend who told me her story. She and her boyfriend broke up a few years ago. And they wished each other unhappy for the whole life. I am wondering why would they do that? Once they were so in love. I just did not get it. How did/ will you handle the separation? Do you still want to keep in touch or stop contacting?

Hi, I like what your friend told you.

Well, someone told me that, after you no longer in romantic relationship, you can always be like a family. Because you know their good personality before you going out, then after break up, their good personality is still there. Just remind yourself on that point, so at least when love wasn't there any longer, you can always treat them fairly cause of how a good person they are.

Hi Fazil.

Thanks for your comments. In real life, it is difficult to take the separation well in most cases. On one situation, it would be like i can't have it, then I won't let others to have it.

I think it again depends on 'why' they broke up. If it was mutual understanding and they decided to break up, then there is scope for separation on good terms. Though it seems possible, theoretically, I am sure it would be tougher to let go of someone you love on the request of the other. Whatever excuse the other person gives, will not be taken very well, which in turn will  end up in further fighting. Isn't it?
