"Reality is the last acceptable thing for the man"
Does this English make sense?
This is meaning of "The man always turns away the reality that he faces."
If the context is about a particular man, then yes it's okay...
Example: "Reality is the last acceptable thing for the man so he shuts himself at home." - "the man" here is a particular man.
if it's about humanity as a whole, then maybe settle for "a man" -- or "men"...
Example: "We don't easily accept failure, suffering; sometimes reality is the last thing acceptable for a man in pain.
