Water fasting for the first time
Some weeks ago, for the first time, I fasted. My first water fasting was for three days. During these three days, I only drank water. I did not eat any food. The first day of my fasting, I felt good, but I was hungry. The second day, I felt tired and weak. I wanted to sleep very much. My low back, head and legs ached. During the third day, I felt much better, but I had insomnia and I wast'n hungry. On the fourth day, I began to eat soft and little food, such as, vegetables, soups and juices. I must tell that, breaking the fast is the part most difficult of this process, it will be with very care. For me, the water fasting was a good experience. What do you think about to "fast"?
