What do you think could be the best way to achieve a B2 English certificate?
I know different certificates in this regard, for example: Cambridge, Trinity, Oxford or official school of languages.

If it's "an easier option", then it's not a B2 certificate. ;)

I am not sure of your specific University requirement, but can you try TOEFL or IELTS ? These exams are accepted pretty much everywhere as far as I know.
