I remember i have seen this option before. Now i can't find it.

"instant Tutoring" has been gone for well over a month. It was removed.

I'm new in this platform, so I can't comment about the new changes, but editing my teacher profile in the Courses tab I have an option for instant Tutoring.
Instant Tutoring
Instant Tutoring is only available for teachers who are familiar with the italki teaching system. You need to complete 5 lessons before your Instant Tutoring privileges are activated Learn more
If you have not completed 5 lessons and would like to offer Instant Tutoring. Please apply for this.

I suppose you could sign up for a regular lesson — (officially scheduled for after the 24 hours) that you will not attend (since you’ll have already attended instantly). People do that kind of thing for off-line services like translation. As far as I can tell, that would be perfectly within the guidelines, but you could always ask support@italki.com

I absolutely hate the changes lately. The rolled some back, but they need to do more. The site is not as good anymore
