What motivates you to learn the language (or languages) that you are learning right now?

My motivation to learn Korean is because I like the culture of South Korea, the Korean alphabet and I would like to travel to South Korea some day in the future.

My motivation to learn Russian is because I like the sound of that language and the Cyrillic alphabet seems very interesting to me, I would also like to travel to many Russian-speaking nations some day.
