What sports do you like?

With the rapid change and development of technology, a lot of people become lazier or have a sedentary lifestyle. The easy access to smartphones and computers, and not to mention the accessibility of FREE WIFI areas, a lot of people become easily glued to their phones. This is an ear for social media addiction.

In my family alone, I am the only one who engages in sports activities. Most of them would rather watch a movie or play DOTA at home.

I have tried a few sports but fail to develop my love for them, such as swimming and volleyball. I can say that I enjoy running and hiking more. It is because these are sports that I can do even on my own. In the future, I would like to try out other adrenaline junkie sports such as skydivingrock climbing and so on.

How about you..What sports are you into? What sports would you like to try?

Sometimes I participate the regattas with my team. I am also like to go trekking alone and camping with my family into nature. I had liked those were basketball, soccer, marathon, kayay, kendo, swimming, jogging, sailing, scuba diving, paragliding, climbing, etc. I think the the sport is one of the best way to refresh by myself.

I do a lot of hiking, running, moderate (not extreme) mountain climbing, boxing, and jiu jitsu. Sometimes I don't think it is enough and think about adding in weight training. Exercise and sports usually make me feel better if I am feeling a bit depressed. I'd try swimming, but I am terrified of sharks!

I love figure skating because it requires grace, flexibility and endurance. It's an art and a sport- you jump, spin and interpret the song you are skating to which makes the programs interesting. You have to be physically and mentally tough in order to take up this sport because you're dealing with a slippery surface- nothing is certain on ice. Being a skater is like being an actor, you're performing in front of hundreds of people, dressed up as your favorite character/whoever you are portraying (depending on the song you're skating to).
