Your basic choices are to hire a French teacher or tutor, to exchange time with a French speaker who wants to practice English, or to practice with another French learner.

Suggestion 1:  Update your profile.  Say that you are looking for a conversation partner.  Add information about your life.  Give people a hint that you would be an interesting person to talk with.

Suggestion 2:  Post French texts in the notebook section.  Some French speakers may approach you.
