I work in a company in which there are many French and Quebecois people.  I'm keen to get opportunities to practice my speaking and listening skills, but I am not sure what the most idiomatic way would be to say, in French:

Please could you spare some time with me so I can practice speaking and listening French?

If they are willing, I would like to add the following:

I'd like it if we could agree to only speak French, to not discuss grammar, and if you would please not correct me, just indicate if you understand or don't understand.
