We face many challenges in our life and sometimes the pressure can build up and just let us explode. Mastering the art of remaining calm is easier said than done. This is especially true if you have deadlines and class schedules.
I try to deal with stress by eating ice cream and having a good run. If it does not work, I try to think of possible solutions while trying to remind myself that I have to be calm and collected.

Vitor is right and I will even add that sometimes, the fear of fear is itself a bigger fear than fear. Confronting the situation and dealing with it is sometimes the best solution to the problem.
