1. I was not used to driving a motorcycle

This means "I was not accustomed to driving a motorcycle."  It means that you did not drive a motorcycle very often (or maybe you never drove one at all).  The phrase "used to," in this case, means "accustomed to" or "familiar with," like in the sentence, "It's hard for me to get up early, because I'm used to sleeping until noon."

2. I didn't used to drive a motorcycle

This means that in the past, you did not drive a motorcycle.  It is implied that you do drive a motorcycle now, but you didn't in the past.  The grammar is a bit informal.  The meaning of "used to," in this case, is that you did this regularly in the past (as in the sentence, "I used to be good at sports, but now I'm not.")

3. I didn't get used to driving a motorcycle

This means that even though you DID drive a motorcycle, you never became accustomed to driving it.  You never "got used to" driving a motorcycle.  (The meaning of "used to" is the same as in #1.)
