Expressing "The(number)best,famous, biggest, etc ،مرحبا بكم جميعا
In order to express something like "The ten best films", for example, would it be something like:
أفضل ١٠ أفلام ?
I just want to make sure that in structures such as this, إسم التفضيل comes first,  then the number. 
And then the same would be true for structures that use a تمييز such as:
أكثر ١٠٠ المدن تلوثا في العالم
"The 100 most polluted cities in the world"
