woes about the spam filtering system
My account have been deactivated one or two times in a week.
I guess I am the most frequently deactivated member in italki.com due to the spam filtering system.

There is a powerful spam filtering system in italki.com
It is monitoring every contents posted on italki.com and doing some actions.

1. If italki message contains an email address or a site link, the message is delayed for hours or days due to censorship.

2. If community contents include any spammer keywords, the account which posted that article was deactivated automatically and the whole contents posted by the account would be invisible.

The problem is that the spammer filter system is not smart and the spammer keyword list is unreliable especially for Korean language.
When I correct a Notebook article which looks quite normal but it contains some spam keywords as they insist, my account was deactivated but the original article still remains intact. Furthermore, the policy of not only blocking the problematic item but also blocking all items which I posted annoys me very much.

There are two ways to reactivate my account.
First, just wait until they reactivate my account. They say that they check the filter system every workday and reactivates the account if there is any mistake in the keywords. It will take a day on workday and 2-3 days on weekend.
Second, send reactivation request to italki support team. It will take a few hours on weekday.

The deactivation and reactivation process really annoy me.
When I ask them about improvement, they just repeat the answer "Don't worry. We will check the filter system every workday."

What can I do in order to pass the omnipotent filtering system?
Is it best to post nothing here in italki.com?

I wonder how they could build the spam word list for every language.
I guess they are mostly Chinese who are living in Hong Kong and they speak Chinese and English.
Here is my deduction:
First, build spam word list for English language.
Second, translate each spam word to other language using google translator.
As a side effect, a word which is not spam word in a certain language is treated as a spam word because it is a spam word in English.

Ohh yes, they will not give you the whole list of words; I have tried it before. Well, in that case, I don't think there is any way except waiting or asking them to reactivate your account. But you can go through your posts for which your account got deactivated and try to google some words that you guess might be spam words.(It might be time taking, so I would not recommend this!) Other than that, I don't think there is any other way you could know those spam keywords .

I asked them what was the word that caused the deactivation.
Here is the answer:
"Sorry, we can not give you the keywords list due to we need to avoid the real spammer to use it. Please don't worry, you just post the content as usual, if your account suspended due to the content contain the keywords, our management team reviews this content everyday and reactivates the account if there is any mistake in the keywords. so please don't worry."

You can't do anything except being careful while using certain words. You should ask them when your account gets blocked that what was the word that caused the deactivation. Don't use the word that is related to  one of two major ancient Greek epic poems attributed to Homer, Free*L*A****ing. So, far I can remember these two but I knew 4 or 5 spam words I think!

So, you should get aware of the word you use by asking them so that you should not use them again.
