I like drinking foamy cappuccinos in pretty coffee shops, so I think I'm a pampered creature who enjoys comfortable and cozy city life. However, although the classic cappuccino, made by someone who knows his job, is my favorite, I usually make my own at home, with warm frothed almond milk. So, I guess I'm picky about what I like and think is healthier, ready to take extra time to get it right, and maybe insufferably spoiled in my food preferences.

@ Xurxo, I suppose you are a fan of espresso macchiato, or simply macchiato. What distinguishes macchiato from latte is the ratio of milk to espresso. I prefer espresso macchiato to latte.
