Salam Alikom = Hello
Marhaba = Hello
Kaif al'hal? = How are you?/ how's things with you?
Be'khair = Fine
Shokran = Thanks
Maa' asalama = Goodbye

This was the most basic you should know, donot wory about pronunciation, all guys are to help :)
