What was/is your most/least favourite subject in school?
I went to high school on a major college campus – Florida State University, to be exact – since they had a Developmental Research School on the premises whose students served as readily-available test subjects for educational techniques and observation.
Because of this, I got handed a much different course load than most other schools.
Favorite classes: Political Science, World Religions, Film History and Theory, World History, Classical Theatre, Drawing (pencil / pen) and Painting (oil / acrylic / watercolor), AP English, Literature, Japanese
Least favorite classes: Algebra. Failed it three times. The only reason I graduated high school at all was because a saintly math teacher pitied me and faked a barely-passing grade in Algebra I and II, all because the rest of my scholastics were pretty damn good, especially in the classes listed prior.
I got better at math in college, but that’s because I picked a hot tutor and she decided to try applying personalized positive reinforcement techniques to the study process. If I had that in my freshman year, I’d have been Neil deGrasse Tyson or Michio Kaku by now.

My technique in school after High School was never take anything I wasn't interested in. Since my interest changed so much I often took things that I previously never considered to be anything but a waste of time, like poetry. Of course I never graduated since I didn't play by the rules. It took 120 hours of credit for a degree. I had about 200.
