Movie/book quiestion? Love in times of cholera
I'm reading this book titled "amor en tiempos de cólera" in spanish and I was planning on getting the English version but yesterday I found a movie based on this book.
Now, I don't know what to do first, if buying the English version of this book or watch the movie in English before.
My English is good so I'm not doing this to study or to practice English but entertaining myself and I think this is the best way to get involved in the language in a deeper level.

What would you do first? And have you ever heard about this title by this Colombian novelist who won a Nobel prize?

Yes, the book is quite famous in the United States. The customary translation of the title is Love in the Time of Cholera, i.e. "time" is singular. One Hundred Years of Solitude is also famous.

I've read Love in the Time of Cholera in English translation.

I've never seen the movie.

I've seen a number of jokes recently about Love in the Time of COVID-19.
