what's differents between eucharist and sacrament?

Sacrament is a more General term, usually a religous rite. An example of which is the Sacrament of Eucharist also known as Holy Communion. A rite to remember Christ's Last supper .

A sacrament is a Christian religious ceremony such as communion, baptism, or marriage.
The Eucharist is the Christian religious ceremony in which Christ's last meal with his disciples is celebrated by eating bread and drinking wine. so, Eucharist is just one of sacraments? do i right?
