Psychologists and their foreign languages
I have studied psychology of education.
The most needed language after English is still German for the academic literature in my opinion. I had learned and am currently brushing up on this language again in order to read the original texts by many theoricians. That's my primary motivation to learn German beside the literary works and the tourists who often visit my city in summers.
And now I ask other psychology students from other countries:
1) do you learn any other language for your academic interest?
2) do you predict that any new language may become important for the field of psychology in this decade?
