Does your culture like to sleep?
In your culture is sleep seen as a good thing or reserved only for the lazy?! I love sleep but it’s a fine balance between being seen as lazy and productive!

As M said, nowadays having a nap or waking up at 9 o' clock is a luxury that our society, most of the time, doesn t give to us because we have to be productive 24/7.
In my humble opinion, there are people that are more efficient when they are not under oppressive deadlines and when they have a more elastic and customized timetables. Here the problem arises: combine the needs of the society with those of the individual.

P.S. In 99% of cases the individual must adapt.

Andy, i think it depends on people. Among my acquaintances it seems normal to sleep 8-9 hours per day. I usually sleep no more than 6-7 hours. I don't think it is good, but i want to manage to do everything, usually have ambitious plans and what people are used to divide on 2-3 days, I eager to do for one). My dream is to have 48 hours day and sleep 8 hours during this day )))
