I attended the KPMG Webinar today. I am excited to learn more about the digital transformation from your speech. Particularly, I like your answer to the last question of whether small enterprises should implement Blockchain. I agree, for digital transformation, we need to put the business owners' need and goal as priorities. 

If you don't mind I ask, in terms of your comment on the digital implementation, you said that:" the business owner should be aware that digital transformation is an ongoing improvement, there might be failures during the process". 

But, when the project failed or need to change to a new path, how the digital consultant handles the situation well? For my understanding, the clients pay for the consultancy and they expect positive outcomes. Most of them even don't understand the technical process or challenges. 

Would your team educates the customers since the beginning for the failure possibility or you have a particular risk-management strategy for the problem?
