Could you check my sentence?
I continued regreting ridding a roller coaster without being prepared myself while it was moving.

Is the sentence strange?
Should I write "continued to regret ridding"?

This sentence is correct (riDing) in formation although I do not think you would ever hear an English speaker talk or write as such, It is convoluted. (especially of an argument, story, or sentence) extremely complex and difficult to follow)
"While the roller coaster was speeding/hurtling/rushing I regretted not preparing myself."
"I regretted not preparing myself better for the roller coaster ride, it was truly a harrowing experience."

You get the idea?
