I hear that fewer and fewer people go to the cinema nowadays due to the popularity of Netflix. The last movie that I saw at the cinema was "Weathering with You". The Japanese title is 天気の子, and pronounced similarly to Tenki no Ko. I saw it at the theater in Japan last summer. I enjoyed watching it. It was refreshing like a brisk breeze. The movie is about a 15 year old girl named Hina who has a superpower to change the weather. It's created by a prominent animation director called Makoto Shinkai. His previous film is called "Your name." and was released in 2016. It became very popular not only in Japan, but also various countries.
