A good deed
My friend did me a favor recently and didn't take money for that. She told me to do any good deed for someone without using money - for example, to help elderly cross the road. But in time of social distancing I wouldn't dare to offer my help to strangers... What can I do? Any ideas? We don't have volunteering opportunities here, so this is not an option.

You can correct Russian learners' notebook entries, answer their questions, ... :)

Glad to hear that you have a good friend. She must be a person of high integrity.
We have to maintain physical distance from people during quarantine, so it's a lot harder to help people than usual. During this period, we need to focus on helping ourselves as "God helps those who help themselves."
I think volunteer stuff are doing the best they can reach out to people in need coping with limited circumstances.
