How I should to say: "soy puedo" or "estoy puedo"?
P.S. I make few mistake in the title, and so I excuse)

With 'Poder' You don't need both verbs. You would be saying 'I am can'
Rather we only need to say "I can + (root verb)..." = "Yo puedo + (verbo infinitivo)..."
I can dance, I can read, I can sing, I can speak English (Yo puedo hablar Inglés.)
