Is it " Time-on-task principle supports the development of four strands?"

It means you should work on the four skills properly and allot sufficient time to each of them. But working on all the skills can be really time consuming especially for large classes. To tackle this problem, pair-work, group- work, & whole class activities are recommended as well as integrative trchniques. It saves time and also encompasses all the skills.
