HR (short for Human Resources):
department in a company which looks after the hiring, training etc of employees 

specification (n):
detailed description of something

access needs
requirements for people with disabilities

Ludmila, you're welcome. It's always good to keep a notebook for correspondence to gradually build on these points with key phrases- there are too many to mention. You'll find that certain phrases you'll use more, depending on your job role.
