Genikim, the way you have written your invitation suggests that 'if you love traveling to different countries and [you love] having a hard time to communicate . .' Just replace 'are having' with 'you have' so it reads :
'If you love traveling to different countries and you have a hard time to communicate . .'
Better still, omit the words 'to communicate' :
'If you love traveling to different countries and you have a hard time using the universal language, let's improve your communication skills!'
