Who is behind this?
It's high time for getting to know me. My name is Olga, I live in Moscow, but I was born in Omsk. This city is in the very heart of Siberia.
I’ve been making hand-made toys for more than 8 years. I take part in exhibitions and ferries. Now my teddies are in private collections in Russia, Germany, the USA, the UK and other countries.
I’ve graduated in philology, and for many years I’ve worked in PR, as a journalist and even as a creative concept manager.
It was long time I was in two minds about texts and teddies, until the end of last year, when a flash of inspiration hit me. I thought, why don’t I tell stories about my teddies? It is how my project Bearthquake (Bear +Earthquake) was born. By the way, playing with words is also my long-standing hobby.
Besides, I like sharing significant and beloved things with similar to me people. I’m really fond of books, movies, art and theatre. Sometimes I hide referencesh of my favourite heroes in my pictures. And I get really excited, if my preferences match with some of yours.
