Very difficult question to be answered. There are 22 Arab country each with its own dialect and there are more than one dialect in the same country. What do you want exactly to learn? Do you want to learn standard language which we call it Al-Fusha? or do you want to learn a dialect like Egyptian dialect (the most popular dialect in the Arab world)?
