I have had enough of you

They are both very rude. Perhaps you could find a kinder way to say goodbye?

"I have had enough of you" is best. or "I've had enough of you."
You could also say, "I'm sick and tired of..." (This is a bit more angry sounding.)

For the first one is would be more natural to say 'I am tired of you'/'I was tired of you'.
The second clause is fine.

The second one is OK
For the first one you can simply say "I'm tired of you."
