In American English, this word is always spelt ( or spelled...) as practice.

In British English, practice is a noun and practise is a verb. For example:
'You need to practise' versus 'You need some practice'

If you are mainly focused on American English, you needn't worry about the version spelt with an 's': you can always write this word as 'practice'.
