"Which" is used when choices are given.
For eg, Which fruit do you like the most? Apples or bananas?

"What" is used like in a general question
For eg, What fruit do you like the most?

Oskar, in this context, although English speakers use both 'which' and 'what', 'which' is actually better in this context.

You are looking for something specific (correctness), and so 'which' is best used, as it is more specific than 'what'.

All sentences are correct, but some sound better than others. For the first set, "Which" sounds very natural, but "What" sound a bit odd (it implies that only a few sentences are correct but most are incorrect, which doesn't make sense). For the second set, both sound fine.
