It is an irrefutable fact that the vast majority of people tend to change their careers in today's complex society. This trend can be attributed to a host of factors and I would argue that it is considered being a negative outlook.
There is no doubt true that several reasons could be a driven force for people to shift their careers. First and foremost, it could be argued that having very heavy workloads could possibly bring about a shift in a career. That is to say, nowadays people are forced to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines. Another key sticking point is that a salary earned from a job would probably be not enough to meet peoples' need. As a result of this, most people could end up commencing to look for new workplaces.
These developments can be considered to be a negative view. It is certainly inevitable people will have a tendency to change their occupations under the aforementioned circumstances. Nevertheless, in my opinion, if we consider this issue broadly, this trend would bring more drawbacks to individuals, business entities, as well as society. In other words, the job market nowadays is becoming more and more competitive, hence people who are willing to change their professions do not have deep knowledge of another job. In addition to this, in the future, they may have hardship in climbing the career ladder in a professional way. For example, if people working in the field of sale want to change their occupation to accounting, it will take them several years to be professional.
In conclusion, it is understandable that people ought to shift their workplace under inappropriate conditions, however, in my view, this aspect in terms of being professional in any field should not be neglected.
