italki (app & website) issues: am I the only one?
I'm having problems accessing some features of the site. Are you experiencing the same issue as well?

Som started a discussion yesterday about the app not functioning: <a href="https://www.italki.com/discussion/241715" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.italki.com/discussion/241715</a>;. Then there have been several discussions lately about the messenger not functioning (both app and website). What other features can’t you access?

Sometimes with messages, forcing a refresh of the page will correct the issue.

Messages don't load often for me. Sometimes when I confirm a lesson as complete, it breaks and I have to try again. It's been ongoing for the past year, honestly. But every time, italki support just blames my browser, tells me to clear my cookies, etc. It's so useless

Thank you everyone (^-^) Apologies for the delayed response but I think I can access both the italki app and site without any problems now. I hope you guys can too.

Miriam - I couldn't open my calendar properly when I switched to my teacher profile :)

Joe - Haven't seen you in a while on the discussion board. Welcome back! I had the same issue, only I used my teacher profile.

James S-C - I'll take note of this the next time this happens again.
