Hi, Nawaf. Well, in order to feel more comfortable when you speak English you have to actually start speaking it. You can read books, watch TV series, etc, but in the end you'll have to create messages in English as well (let others know your opinions, your position on something). For instance, if you need it at work and you don't feel comfortable speaking there, try to talk first with someone else, who's not from your workplace. This way, the more practice you get the easier it will be for you to talk to your colleagues at work.
I think that it's essential to start speaking a language from the very beginning, even if you only make a few sentences with the verb "to be". It doesn't matter if you make mistakes, we all make. The people I met have never judged me for the mistakes I made in their languages. Instead, they helped me with what I didn't know.
Good luck!
