'¿Tiene usted teléfono?' vs. '¿Tiene usted un teléfono?'
¡Hola a todos!

In my Spanish textbook there were some questions without any indefinite article. For example:

¿Tiene usted teléfono?
¿Tienen coche?
¿Tienes moto?

Could someone kindly explain the meanings of these sentences? Why do we not write 'tiene usted un teléfono' instead?

Hola Isabel! En estas frases no escribimos ningún artículo porque no se refiere a ningún teléfono, coche o moto en particular. Se pregunta y se niega sin artículo porque son preguntas generales, no se refieren a objetos específicos. Sin embargo, si en la respuesta específicas sí que debes poner articulo:
Sí, tengo un coche blanco.
