4- Way Vowel Harmony [Part of "Turkish Yes/No questions"]
In "i type vowel harmony(4 ways vowel harmony)", the word ending will choose between;
i, ı, u, and ü, depending on the last vowel in the word before the word ending. Since there are four options, this type of vowel harmony is trickier than the "e type(2 ways vowel harmony)".

Four options:
1) If the last vowel is a or ı, the word ending will have the ı vowel.
2) If the last vowel is e or i, the word ending will have the i vowel.
3) If the last vowel is o or u, the word ending will have the u vowel.
4) If the last vowel is ö or ü, the word ending will have the ü vowel.
Here it is Yes/No questions' (for third person singular) particles:
a, ı  mı?
e, i mi?
o, u mu?
ö, ü mü?

For example:
Hava sıcak? (Is the weather hot?)
Bu güzel mi?   (Is this nice?)
Hava soğuk mu? (Is the weather cold?)
O Türk? (Is she/he Turkish?)

Soru(Question): …………… mı, mi, mu, mü?
Cevap(Answer): - Evet, ………….      [+]
        - Hayır, ….. değil.(....) [-]

İ.e:
Bu sandalye mi?  [Is this a chair?]
- Evet, sandalye. [Yes, this is a chair]
- Hayır, sandalye değil.(koltuk)
[No, this is not a chair(this is an armchair)]
