Mohammed, as others have commented, what you are asking is not realistic here. If you have access to classes that cost as you said, then why aren't you accessing those? Remember please, a lesson is not just an hour of your teacher's time; each lesson has to be prepared and then possibly homework marked and corrected. $250 a month is a woefully low amount, and any teacher who accepts the offer will probably not be giving you the best language tuition for your money.
