I'm not a teacher, but I just want to let you know that minimum wage in the US is $7.25 per hour (this is the national minimum, but some states have a higher minimum), which is less than what you're willing to pay. Also, keep in mind that aside from scheduled lessons, I'm sure the teachers also spend time preparing for lessons or grading materials.
