While this big event held,China has lots of serious issues have to be improved. The Committee has not carried out campain promises.
Although, This Olympic will be a good chance for them to see and responcible as the one influence country in the world.

As a Chinese,I feel very excited about the Olympics in Beijing. And it is really coming soon. Someone call it "bloody olympics", perhaps it dose. No matter what happens, Chinese will go through together. 

Regarding the bad envirnment, the government has tried best to improve. Yes,the pollution in China is very serious.In my hometown,many rivers had been polluted. You know  many pollution industries are set in China,then  the finished products are exported  to foreign countries. ....

I want to go to Beijing now...

This year has been very difficult for China.  With the political issues in Tibet and the devestating Earthquake among other issues, this year has seemed quite tragic for China.  Hopefully, the Olympics can atleast help end the year on a good note.  The Olympics are all about internationalism and  is a great time for us all to learn and understand more about our brothers and sisters in China.

I'm really looking forward to it.
The olympics in Beijing are a great chance for China to put itself back onto the international world map as a major player.  There are many misconceptions that people have about the Chinese people, and I think such a strong focus on the country during this time will show the truth that many people seem to ignore.

It seems that a lot of Chinese people were not prepared for the huge public spotlight the Olympics bring to a country.  With that comes both bad and good, and it seems many reacted angrily towards the bad attention.  Although it may be unfair, it is just one of the things that comes with being in the public (Although what Jack Cafferty said was still out of line, I think).
