How do we pronuonce the letter (C) in gracias is it like (th) in thing or like (c) in race . And what do you recomond?

Hi,
both pronunciations are OK, but while 'cee' pronunciation is used in central and south America, 'th' (like in 'think') sound is used in Spain. In Spain the sounds with 'c' would be like:
'ca' --> like 'ca' in 'car'
'ce,'ci'-----> both 'c' sound like 'th' in think adding 'e' or 'i' sound
'co' ---> like 'co' in 'con'
'cu' ----> like 'coo' in 'cool'

In "gracias" the letter (c) is pronunced as in nice or rice or race. (gra-cee-as): "Gra" as grass, " cee" as it sounds and "as" as ass....
