My Homeland
I live in Chelsea, MA., the smallest city in the United States. The city is 1.9 square miles with a population between 35,000 to 40,000.
Chelsea has always been a working-class community. Currently, over 50% of the residents speak English as their second language. For most, their first language is Spanish. They are mainly from Central America and South America. We also have residents from Cambodia, Viet Nam, and people from Eastern Europe.
