Please bring back the "EDIT" function!

There used to be the ability to edit a correction or post you had made, but no more. Personally, when I write something I often spot a typo or see something I missed after I've hit the "Submit" button; this wasn't a problem in the past, because I could edit my own post. But this is gone now, so I end up having to post a second time with the additional corrections. I think this is confusing for the students, and wastes space on the site--can we bring "edit" back, please?

I don't remember italki ever got the edit feature here, I did make some corrections long long ago. Might be my bad brains. Right, it's sore like hell --- looking at your post and looking at your terrible mistakes, kind of embarrassed. Even if not typos, sometimes you might also want to rewrite some part or change your mind about something you've written down. Shouldn't be a big technical issue for italki, should it?

Yes, bring back the "edit" feature. We all make typos and realize in the rear view mirror that we need to edit; editing is important.

I would like to add that limiting the number of words we are allowed when we answer a student's question or correct an entry is sometimes frustrating. Limiting the number of friends allowed is also frustrating.
