Different people have different means. Most of time ,i Will talk to myself that i am the number one, nothing and noboday can defeat me ! The difficults that were comeovered by me can give me  the supreme courage !

A really good question!! In my opinion, inspiration is something everybody wants but nobody knows exactly how to acquire. It's kinda like what the saying described: Man proposes, God disposes. I think talking to some creative and knowledgable people is a good way to inspire your own creativity. Taking a walk down a tranquil path, or sitting at a place with the most comfortable poise, etc, all these things may help but I think the point is to put yourself into a condition of meditation. It can become quite personal as everyone has different way to concentrate. For example, some authors like Ernest Hemingway may think that drinking liquor or smoking cigars can give him much inspiration. And for Saint Exupery, he may say aviating is the biggest inspirer for him. And I also heard this before that some artists put themselves between the condition of asleep and awake in order to get a good idea. It seem rather weird but who konws...it may work with some people.

Cheap laughter, cheap mind. Not always true but maybe. Someone from Greece was strict about that, so I just remembered. Every morning you wake up and decide on who you're going to be, every time. Sometimes I try acting like other people, there's an expression for that: walking in someone else's shoes. 'Walk a mile in my shoes before you judge me'---you may have read that before. It means be me for a day, go through all I go through before you judge me. So walking a mile in another persons shoes can be inspiring also. I try to do so, it's called case-scenarios.
