Is there St Patrick's Day in your country? It is St Patrick's Day on Mar. 17 in Ireland, is the St Patrick's Day common in Europe? Or is it only for Irish?

It is popular in Moscow. Where is a parage on Arbat street every year. A lot of concerts of Irish bands. And at every second bar you can find special menu for this day. And there is green beer everythere) But it is not an official celebration.
