What is the timetable in your country?

For my part,  we work or study from 8:00-12:00.  And we have a lot for lunch and have a rest between 12:00 and 14:00.  We return from work at around 18:00 and prepare for supper.  In my family we often go to bed at 23:00, which may seem quite early.

What about you?

Thanks for sharing.  By the way, some vocations require people to work six days a week in China.

In Spain there're people who has a  working day with no break for lunch  (normally from 8 a.m. to 15 pm) and other people who work with long break for lunch (eg, 10 am to 14:30 pm and from 17 to 20:30 pm).

Dinner is usually in Spain between the 21 and 22 pm, and the time of going to bed usually between 23 pm and 01:00 am.
