In search of a writing parter

Hi, there. Thanks for dropping by. I don't know if this is going to be a long shot, but I guess it won't hurt to give it a try.

No, I'm not looking for a co-author of anything. I'm a native speaker of Mandarin and I'm looking for someone who is a native speaker of English and not that available online but hope to set aside some time to improve his/her Mandarin through writing. I've been learning North American English, to keep the consistency in terms of phrases and usage, it'll be great if he/she is from North America. And since I'm from Taiwan, where the Mandarin there is a bit different from that in China, I guess it's something for my future partner to put in their consideration as well.

To make this work the best, an intermediate learner of Mandarin is preferred, because I guess it's fair to say that I'm an intermediate learner of English. But I don't think this is a must. And I'm hoping this person I'm looking for has some tolerance to vulgarism because some funny stuff has some cursing involved.

Here is what I have in mind: We can both write on the same topic, email to each other, and return to each other with the revised version, and move on to some discussion if any questions. Or we can watch the same clips on Youtube or whatever video site and describe the plot, or whatever more....

So, if you're any interested, please drop me a line on my blackboard. Let's help each other out. Thanks for your time reading this. ^_^

Sounds like a pretty cool idea.  I'd love to improve my Mandarin and learn more about the special points of Taiwan's speech.  Count me in.
