Here's a simple and plain one for the intrepid souls :) I encourage those who never have tried translating, it's time to try your hand. Should have no complication.
Great! Mine was literary translation and I was careless. :) The title should be appropriately translated as "Springtime of Youth"
Harmonious Light, Light of Harmony etc.
Time
There is the moon that shone in the past
Moonlight of the old, still bright as ever.
The spring flowers will fall into a mound in autumn
Spring time flowers of fragrance, autumn mound
Relentless water streams with lightning speed
Relentlessly, the river flows without care
And the old pine stands in such a form
isolated and still forever
Ancient pines aloof by themselves in silence.
What a great parallel of sentiment to mine. So similar yet so different. Great.
Here the meaning of water is not the liquid. It is just like in Chinese, 水 can also mean rivers etc in poetry. Here water means "bodies of water", hence countable.
Thank you very much. It is my first time to know that water can be a countable noun.<img title="Laughing" src="http://www.italki.com/Scripts/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-laughing.gif" alt="Laughing" border="0" />
