I'd like to move to a country where Spanish is spoken to go to University there..

Hello ! I´m Uruguayan, my parents were inmigrants. They haven´t choosen this country, I think this country choosed them...My mother came first, and 36 years after, my father... I´m very aware of the sad circumstances that led them here,but I´m proudly Uruguayan, my historical mother land is Russia,in fact,Ukrania and Russia, and I think, Uruguay is the best place to live for me and my family, we are happy here, of course this country has some problems, but it´s so nice to be here!!! There where sad times ( crisis ) when we considered moving to some other country,but thanks the circumstances,we could stay... I¨ve been to several places in the world, as a tourist, but I will never change my homeland, the beautiful República Oriental del Uruguay!!!!! ¡¡¡¡Viva Uruguay!!!!

I would like to go to the U.S or at least an European Country to continue my education.But it depends on near future events.Where do you like to live?
